Sass Boucher MSc BA (Hons) MBACP | Stafford

Alongside my counselling practice and training work, writing has long been part of how I reflect, learn, and contribute to wider conversations about care, wellbeing, and sustainability in helping roles. It offers a way to think deeply, make sense of experience, and share ideas that support both individuals and organisations to care more thoughtfully for themselves and others.
